I joined the cast and crew of Grey's Anatomy in July of 2006 as 2nd Unit Key grip and 1st Unit B camera dolly.  At the 2 season wrap party I thanked Shonda for the best job I ever had.  If you would have told me then that five years later I would become one of the shows directors, I would have said... "That's a wonderful thought. Maybe in another lifetime." Looking back it seems like a lifetime ago. It is undeniable, prayers are answered. Dreams do come true.
